Please mute and leave cell phones outside the studio space.
Observe Noble Silence before class– Please keep conversations in the lobby so that students may quietly settle into their own sacred space once inside the studio. Allowing time to quiet your mind before class opens you up to becoming a better listener - not only with yourself but all of the community around you!
Make space for other students. We are a community, at times classes may become crowded but the only space you need is the space on your mat.
Personal hygiene, please be mindful of perfumes lotions and any strong fragrances.
Put props away neatly.
